The event will follow all of the necessary government guidelines at the time of the event to ensure it is run in a COVID safe manner. We will closely monitor Public Health England Advice in December. Visitor and staff safety and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us.
Road to the North Pole has been designed to allow for social distancing within the experience if this is a government requirement at the time. If at the time of the event the guidance recommends wearing a face covering, this will be mandatory unless you are exempt.
Our specified arrival time system will manage visitor flow reducing queue times and managing crowd numbers.
In the unlikely event that Road to the North Pole is cancelled due to COVID a full refund will be available. Please see See Tickets terms & conditions for full terms of sale (https://www.seetickets.com)
